Hi hope someone can help i am using the hub3 it randomly disconnects day or night and my wifi speed is about 3mbps on a 200mbps connection.
i have made a graph to see if you spot any problems with my connection

Your BQM was showing your IP address, post it again with it obscured.
Power levels are all fine and the BQM didn't show any packet loss so no disconnections from the network during that period.
Could purely be a wireless issue. Try a wired connection and see how you go on with that. If it is just wireless then there are a few things you can do to try and improve it.

Phone them (leave it till tomorrow, less chance of getting off shore) and see what they say.
The forum staff take about a week to reply so I'm sure they'll look in to it for you when they get to you.
