Receiving multiple Critical errors in the Router logs. On investigation into previous posts it looks like I need to schedule an engineer visit, could someone in VM support please assist with this. Sample logs below:

Re: intermittent connectivity network dropping out frequently

The occasional ranging error is completely normal.

What kind of devices are having the intermittent issues?

Have you rebooting the hub?

Re: intermittent connectivity network dropping out frequently

Hi, thanks for the responses, after unplugging all the cabling into the house last night and cleaning the contacts and reseating everything it has seemed to settle down over night with just one Critical hit. I was interested to find out that everyone on my street was impacted, despite the service status pages being adamant there were no issues. I had rebooted the hub several times, and it even appears it has automatically hard reset itself due to the issues as I had to log back in using the original password on the bottom of the device without any intervention from myself. Below is the copy of the network log and my upstream, downstream information.

Re: intermittent connectivity network dropping out frequently

Sorry it would not let me post in a format, it kept asking to correct highlighted errors and try again, no matter what I altered.
