We moved into our new house on 14th April and were told our Virgin installation date would be 28th April. The day before, we were texted to say that there was a problem with our installation and the date would have to be put back to the 17th May. It is now the 14th May and we have been texted to say there is an installation problem and our installation is now put back to the 1st June.
When we phone it is impossible to find anyone who will speak to us and give us reasonable answers to our reasonable questions about why. How do we know that when we get to the 1st June the date wont be put back again? We could have signed up with another provider and received internet weeks ago.
