installation date was 9th September but haven't received anything

I ordered on the 3rd of September and received my pre contract documents on the same day. 

The installation date was 9th of September but still haven't received the installation kit or even a single email in regards to this order.

Don't have a account number to open a account and check the status. how can I get the update on the order?
