install date

I ordered broadband a few weeks ago and received an install date for today, rang up to make sure things were going ahead to be told its on hold until i send in permission from my landlord. About 2 hours later i receive a contract email for another customer of the name of Mark in the same area as myself. There has been a mistake on your end and to top it off, the help lines are held in foreign countries to which they cant understand me.

I need this sorted ASAP.

I have someone elses info emailed to me.

quickest way to deal with this is to call the pre-installation team 0345 454 1111 ro 0800 052 1734

rang theses numbers and i get call centres where they don't understand me. its frustrating to say the least.

I'm sorry to hear of the delays with your installation and any confusion caused by the email.
