i still need help as i cant access my hub online

hi , 

still cant access my hub 3.0 online invalid password, i never set one and the one on the bottom of the hub is constantly rejected.

 

please help

You are completely sure you are using the Settings password and not the WiFi password?

yes its all numbers on the bottom of the router

Did you do the pinhole reset ? Holding it fully pushed in for 1 minute and NOT restarting after release?

Just perform a factory reset using the pinhole on the back, you'll lose any settings you've changed but the password will be reset to its default
