still cant access my hub 3.0 online invalid password, i never set one and the one on the bottom of the hub is constantly rejected.

You are completely sure you are using the Settings password and not the WiFi password?

yes its all numbers on the bottom of the router
Just perform a factory reset using the pinhole on the back, you'll lose any settings you've changed but the password will be reset to its default
I have just done that and it has worked . Thank you very much for all you help .
