hub failing to connect to the internet

Dear VM Community, 

I've just had my line and router installed (approx' 4hrs ago) and I'm waiting on the hub to connect. The hub diagnostics tell me it's down to a failed registration. Please can a VM customer service agent get in touch and test the line etc?

Best bet is to phone customer services, VM staff will pick up this post, but not for anything up to 5 days.
