i am just coming back to Virgin ,my question ,the isolator cable is a push on type connection ;my connections are the screw type.Do i need to use the isolator cable

You dont have to use the isolator cable if you have an isolator (big white thing) on the wall

yes ,i do have the white box on the wall;which was fitted by NTL,now Virgin .thank you for information
