I don't yet have a house, so I don't have Virgin fixed broadband.
I wanted to try out the Virgin Media WiFi on the London underground, so I followed the link to https://wifipass.virginmedia.com/w/Register.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fw%2f and tried to sign up, but nothing happens when I click register.
The Contact Us link on that page is a 404. The Chat support option wasn't showing. And the other online contact option requires me to have a Virgin Media account.
Any pointers please?

Works fine for me.
Ensure the password isn't longer than 10 characters.

Ah! Thanks Carl! My password manager was generating something longer.
You'd think it would show an error message. 😕

Yeah, it threw me off for a while, for the same reason!
