hi 

i have the lates virgin 369 hub, the one that has the white light band around it. i also have a virgin pod to boost the signal  

i struggled to connect my sonos to it but was able via a wired connnection to the pod. 

however i have several google home units (the ones you say hey google and it answers question etc) that only connect via wi-fi and i cannot get them to connect to the wi-fi. 

can anyone help?

you may need to log into the hub and turn off "smart connect" and the split the wifi bands.

turn off smart connect
split the wifi names by adding a name2g name5g
doing this will need you to connect everything again to the new wifi name
