email backup changed to gmail, now I can't access via outlook?

Hi

I accessed my email via website and it said to add a backup. But now it won't let me sign in other than by using my gmail on signin page, plus I can't access my virgin emails on outlook. And I don't know how to change it back, or make it so I can get them without being on virgin website.

Are there any ideas out there?

If you have had to provide a third party email address as part of VM's security updates, you will need to make some changes to how you use/access VM email. See link below

When you are using VM webmail, you use your third party email address as the login name and your VM password. When you are using an email client such as Outlook you use your VM email address and the app password generated from within MyVM in the email client settings. You also need to check you are using the correct server settings in Outlook (in link above).
