disconnected for a week. again

hi,

we've been disconnected for a week now.

i've tried resetting the hub/router to no avail.

i've checked coaxial connections - all are sound and have not been disturbed.

the water board were fitting smart meters recently, potentially on the day or day before our connection went down but i can't be sure.

i've been into router status and there are no upstream bonded channels, network log events are all dated from 1970s:

Have you looked at Check service status at the top of the page? 

If nothing is showing  you could also try the  automated Service Status number  0800 561 0061.  This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.
