connection

we had to get a new router because they said the problem we were getting was due to the router , we got the new router and same problem, we keep getting  no internet connection  then if we redo it it comes back but only for 5 /10  min then repeat chucked off again, this is happening on all devices.

Virgin cant send an engineer till wed pm  The money we pay virgin they should be here Monday not happy.

With over 5 million broadband subcribers alone, never mind TV & phone services, you can't expect an engineer straight away.

Wednesday is pretty good going IMO.

They have discovered it is a net work problem and they are due to come to day so fingers crossed this resolves this mega problem.

Hi after a week of engineer visits fingers x things seem to have settled down, but i was speaking to a few people in our street and they have the same problem , no wifi connection or it keeps dropping out so something must have been interfering with the wifi .
