Hi! I am trying to sign in to modify my Hub 3.0 settings, however the default password showing at the bottom of the router is incorrect. I don't remember changing it. I have read through the community that I should reset the Hub, which I have done three times now (I have pressed the reset bottom for 20 sec and then I have reset the router and wait for 60 sec).
After that I have tried again with the default password (the one at the bottom of the router) and it says that the password is incorrect.
Can somebody let me know what to do next? I have tried several times with no luck.
you are not doing the reset process correctly. press and hold the reset pin for at least 60 seconds (can sometimes take much longer) until the hub reboots on its own. you should not manually reboot it.
