Re: broadband speed problems

Morning Samantha. The engineer has been out this morning he saw that my power levels were still high and one of the downstream channels was not locked. he went out to the green cabinet that I'm connected too and found that my connection to it was loose. he said the guy that had come out to me last time must have missed it as it was in a awkward place in the cabinet and was easy to overlook.

So he's tightened everything up and fingers crossed its sorted the problem out (hopefully).

regards Patrick

Re: broadband speed problems

Hi patrickk

I’m really sorry to hear of the continued issues you have been experiencing with your broadband service.

I've run a few checks on your connection and everything looks ok at the moment. There are also no local area faults reported.
How are things looking with your broadband connection now?

Kind regards,

Ty

Re: broadband speed problems

Hi Ty I'm still getting various speed drops throughout the day or night anywhere from 20 to 45Mps up to the full speed of 200Mps. Ive done a full reset of the super hub 3 on sat 29th sept which the engineers didn't try. unfortunately I can't put a time to the speed drops as it can happen any time and is in consistent in when they happen.

latest hub stats,

Re: broadband speed problems
