Hi Emma. I had the engineer you had booked me come out on friday 24 aug to check my connection apart from changing the connection on the white coaxial cable the comes into my flat my connection was showing fine apart from the speed drops and some pre RS and post RS errors showing up as too high.
he called back today to ask how my connection was going and i said that i was still getting speed drops at various time and that the pre and post RS errors were still high.
he said he will pass it onto the network team to check the green cabinet over the road from me to have it checked over in the next week or so to see if there are any problems with it.
Hi emma is there any news if a network engineer checked out the green box on my street as the home visit engineer said he would get onto them. As i'm still having a lot of problems with my speed dropping below less than 10Mb at times and still variable from 10Mb upwards and Rarely making it unto the 200Mb package that I am on. I've reset my superhub 3 again this morning but it dose'nt make any difference. ill keep and eye on the pre and post error levels as the alway creeping up and will post them up later when i get back home. any more help would be appreciated.
