blue lights and my computer recognises but no connection

Hi,

I have a hub 3 I think, and so 2 days no one can get on the web. The lights are all blue, my computer recognises that there is internet but it will not load.

I have reset it twice and all the leads are secure.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks

Which lights are blue?

Is it just one device affected?

Over wired or wireless?

Ah, you must have a Superhub 2, rather than the later HUB 3.

I would suggest a full reset (Pin hole press for at least 30 seconds). Note this will reset the HUB back to factory defaults, including any password changes.

Do you have any neighbours with VM?

There could be a local outage.

Could you access your HUB on http://192.168.0.1 , log in and check the 'Device Connection Status' section?

Re: blue lights and my computer recognises but no connection

Hi 1985sarma, thanks for getting in touch.

Sorry about the problems you've been having with the service. Unfortunately I wasn't able to help using your forum info alone on this occasion - so in the interest of getting this sorted asap I'll get in touch via PM instead and hope to hear back from you soon.

Re: blue lights and my computer recognises but no connection

Thanks for getting back to us 1985sarma.

I wasn't able to detect any obvious issues however I appreciate that doesn't reflect your recent experience - so I've booked the next available tech-visit for further investigation.

You will find the appointment time slot via your online account (virg.in/myVM) and it can also be rescheduled or cancelled from there - or let us know and we can do that for you.

Please keep us posted, or let us know if we can help with anything else.
