Frequent incoming internet connection drops

Faulty hub returned

Sent a faulty virgin hub back on 4.1.2024 via yodel. Virgin keep emailing me asking me to return it, not able to reply to the virgin email address as this virgin email address is unmonitored. Going round in circles, advice please.
