Resolved! My TV set

Couldn't find the possibly silly question board but will virgin bb and TV work on my sky glass telly? I'm getting virgin soon and will I need a conventional set. Thanks.

VM connect not connecting hub 4

Still can’t connect to VM connect as saying can’t find hub. have spoke to customer services and still not resolved. Phones etc all connected to WiFi no trouble, app uninstalled numerous time and hub restart done numerous times. any one able to help??

How does this fit?

Been sent a longer cable so I can move my hub and 360 box, however the connection in the splitter is screw fit, and the cable is push fit.Any ideas of what I can do?

No Confirmation Email

I Recently confirmed a order for broadband. I did not receive any confirmation documents. I have the pre- contract documents but no account number. I have waited and still received no confirmation documents.
