Wifi box never arrived

Had a wifi pod recently delivered but it just keeps flashing blue and green.Tried to sort via the connect app but this isn’t picking up my router. 

Hub 3 set up

re-locating hub

I have two 360 boxes. Can I simply rewire the hub to the box which is beside my main home phone. The hub is presently connected to the box in another room. I am due to be transferred to the new fibre phone on 28 July.Mofos

  hi I recently joined virgin, I got the hub 3 but am having difficulty setting it up. Do I need a technician as I can’t seem to figure out where all the wires go. Thanks
