Same problem again..it keeps dropping off every 20 30 minutes..all day long.

im 100% determined to terminate contract through the fault of the VM and moving to sky. thats been 3months already. vm has done nothing about it. new router works exacly same like old one..since u repleaced my 2ac for hub 3..every day i got same problems.
im not paying any longer for service that u cant provide. thats it!
When the connection is lost do all devices lose their connection at the same time?
The red blocks in the (dreadful) BQM are perhaps a clue to the answer you seek.
