activating new 360 box and mini box,no text 0800 line cuts me off.

so i upgraded from the big kahunna package to the oomph package earlier this week,package arived with the 2 360 boxes but i have no text to activate them,the 0800 number either is dead or says everyone is busy and cuts me off.
