Hi, I had a confirmation text that my delivery would arrive today and a time slot would be provided by Yodel. I haven't received a text or email and I don't even have a tracking number to check? Can you confirm if it is arriving today?

I'm sorry to hear you haven't received a confirmation text for your timeslot. Have you received this since your post? It would normally be received once the parcel has left the depot and is "Out for Delivery"
