Checked back all day and night no updates. Contacted them via the chat and got lied too. Said it would be delivered Saturday. Have just checked trcking again:

FALSE INFORMATION - Delivery of items is 100% the responsibility of VM and the customer should not be involved in chasing up third party dodgy delivery companies - that is totally the responsibility of VM while they continue to use them.

I feel you, Yodel are the worst. Got a hub 4 delivered other week. Got the standard email, it will be there soon between 07 00 and 21.00. Got a text at 18.00 telling me my 2hr window was 18.30 to 20.30. Already had been waiting since 07.00 unable to go out or do anything. Why the hell can't they text at like 09.00 like dpd thats is gonna be 18 30 to 20 30.
Worst thing is I've got it all again to do in a week when hub 5 comes. I'm considering just going to work as normal if they ain't gonna fetch it till 20.30 again.

Pity we can't request delivery by a different company like dpd, I'd even consider paying the difference if any.

Nope, (no surprises)
I was in touch with VM yesterday via online chat and am back on again now. Asked for cancellation of existing one and to send out another to a collectplus shop or better still use a proper courier!
Got the email from VM: Thanks for making those changes!
However, nothing about a new Hub being sent and when I checked on the app nothing about an order!

Spent from 14:20 hrs this afternoon until I end the chat at 19:31 hrs getting absolutely NOWHERE.
I have had enough, direct debit cancelled and said on the chat to send me something for my hub3 back if they want it.
