Afternoon,
Has anyone else had problems with Yodel delivering their hub?
We've just upgraded and were told that the new hub would be delivered on 15.3.23 but no sign of it. We can't track it either as we weren't given a tracking number, so at a loss as to where it is!

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome back, sorry to hear you still haven't received your new Hub or a tracking number so you have been unable to get any further information, have you been able to speak to us since your post?

Hi, yes all sorted thanks, it hadn't been despatched despite an email from Virgin saying it had so should be delivered on the 23rd.
