Delivery due today but have not received any delivery details or tracking number from yodel. The day is ticking away so feeling less than confident it will arrive, knowing yodel’s reputation. Been on hold with virgin for 45 minutes but not got through yet. Any virgin support on here able to assist? Thanks

Sorry to hear you were having issues with your package delivery. We can understand this is not ideal and we want to best help.
I have had a look at our systems and I can see the package was delivered and the equipment has been activated. How is your service so far? Do you need any further help?
