Yodel delivery slot

Hello

Yesterday got a text from Yodel saying today I would get a 2 hour slot for when my delivery would be delivered. It's now the 12:00 and I have no slot mentioned or email or text from Yodel.

Yodel have stated they do not give delivery slots however I'm at work and rely on my partner to go up to my new house to receive this package.

how am i supposed to proceed if i don't know what time to expect her to be there?

My daughter had the same last week and virgin just opened a job reference. Still no delivery

I am sorry to hear you were misinformed about the delivery times. 

Yodel only offer all day delivery slots so we would not have been able to confirm that delivery time for you.
