I've been waiting on a new broadband hub being delivered via Yodel who have had it for 3 weeks now and failed to deliver it numerous times despite me confirming my address as correct - I've also left delivery instructions via Yodel chat to help the driver find my address even though the building is not hard to miss.
I've spoken via Yodel live chat who have rearranged delivery numerous times, but now its been sitting in the depot for the last week with the status "We're waiting for the retailer to provide further details." (screenshot of tracking attached)
I contacted Yodel chat again and they've said I need to be patient!
Is 3 weeks+ normal?

This looks like Yodel are sending us the parcel back from the screenshot.
