Yellow light

Hi recently received my m350 modem. Set it up but light stays yellow says in hand book should be white. Tried re booting several times. Any ideas  says on internet yellow light means connected but could be a issue. Tried a few times to do online line chat and phone virgin but run out of time as there always busy. Internet connection drops off and comes straight back on.

The yellow colour is actually a warm white its normal

Welcome to the community 

Sorry to hear your having service issues at this time. I have checked the systems at our side and there is no issues or concerns that I can see today that might be causing your internet to drop. 

Do you have issues only on your WiFi connected devices or do you also see the connection drop off your wired devices too?

Thank you for that information. Can you confirm how many devices are connected via a Wired connection?

Can you confirm what those devices are?
