Yellow light on hub 3 WiFi and phone down

Driving me nuts. Lost services this morning. Tried rest. Boots up. Then dies again.very frustrating. Said can take 24hrs to fix......I've got work to do. Anyone else had this issue before?

Try checking with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 or if you have a VM landline 150 as small local faults are not listed on the VM status page.

If VM are telling you 24 hours, I guess you'll just have to wait for it to be fixed.  In the meantime, you could tether off your phone?

I'm sorry to hear of the issues that you've been having with your connection, I have looked into this and cannot see any issues at the moment.

Has anything improved since your post from Sunday?
