I received my Hub 4 on Saturday after moving into a new property but they supplied the wrong AC power supply and it won't fit. I've seen from other forums posts to contact customer service. I did this, they promised to send a new supply and instead I received a TiVo remote...
Does anyone know a power supply off Amazon or something to get me up and running whilst I try to teach the customer service team what a power supply is?
