Wrong installation

Hi,

it appears I have selected the wrong installation as I haven’t had virgin media before in my new apartment and actually require an engineer to come and install it. How do I do this as my box is arriving tomorrow?

Hi this is nick451(VMtech)

  • You may have to call in to change it to an engineer appointment instead of a quick start then they will be able to check your property properly before installing.hope this helps
