Hi there,
As the title says, I put the wrong address when ordering broadband yesterday. I have been trying to contact VM with some difficulty to correct this. To be clear I ordered to the wrong flat number, I’m next door. Can anyone here advice if this will slow things down getting connected. Or will it just be a case of VM updating to the correct flat number of I can contact them. There’s so many ways to to contact and I feel like I’m going round in circles. Many thanks for any help.

You could try calling the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734
They are open 8:00am to 9:00pm Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday

Hi there, thanks for your response. This was the correct way to get this sorted. I spoke to pre installs and they sorted every thing out.
