I'm due to move into a new flat in 2 weeks, and yesterday I signed up for Virgin broadband to be installed on the 15th via a Virgin partner (HomeLet).
The contract has now come through, but the details are all wrong. Not only do they have an incorrect address (on the other side of the city) but they also spelled my surname wrong.
How do I go about changing my address (there seems to be no simple method via the website, and I've been on hold on the helpline for half an hour)
