Wrong adapter plug sent!! Where can I buy another one

I have just received my Virgin QuicStart kit and they have sent out the wrong adapter plug which doesn't plug into the Hub - very frustrating as need to get it set up for work. Does anyone know where I can buy a new adapter plug that will power up my Virgin Hub as the one Virgin has sent doesn't fit the power socket on the Hub.....many thanks
