I am sorry to hear the app has been causing issues for you.

A couple of quick questions for you if this is still an issue:

  • Can you let us know if you have tried uninstalling and reinstalling this on your device?
  • Can you confirm if this happens on other devices too e.g, tablets or alternative phones?
  • Are you running the most up to date software on your mobile?

Please pop back and let us know as I personally use this on my Samsung S9 and it's running the most up to date software and I have no issues with this.
