The quickest way would be to ring customer services and request an engineer. If you are lucky you may be able to bag one before the weekend 😀
I don't know your employees policy but mine says that if you are unable to work from home you either need to visit the office or book the time off as holiday. Personally I prefer to use a 4G data plan to get me through any outages. At £8/month it's a bargain considering the amount of money I save on travel.
