I’ve just moved house and followed the instructions to reinstall but my WiFi now only seems to work when the v6 box is off or on standby, soon as I turn it on to watch tv I can’t connect to the internet on my laptop or phone. What have a done wrong lol

Can you explain in more detail.
What have you connected to what and with what cables?
Should be a coax from your wall point to the Hub and another to V6. A Cat5e/6 cable from the Hub to the V6 (preferable to wifi). An HDMI cable from the V6 to a port on the TV. And a Cat5e/6 cable from the Hub to the TV - if it is a "Smart TV".
Do you have any splitters, attenuators, etc, in the loop as well?

I’ve used the cable kit that virgin sent me for the reinstallation at my new address it’s all colour coded and spilts from 1 cable. I’ll try and add pics as hard to explain.

I’ve just turned this on it’s side for purposes of a pic, it normally stands upright 

Speed test with v6 box on drops from 200mps down to just 5mps

Mmmmm... looks ok to me. Have yu tried swapping the ethernet cable into the other 3 ports on the Hub? Also, if you connect your laptop by ethernet cable to one of the ports on the Hub, is it affected in the same way ?

Why does there appear to be a third cable coming out of the splitter?

It's the ethernet cable. All joined together to be easy to follow I presume!
