We have set up our router as the instruction guide, however once the whutelight stops flashing all we are getting is red. Any help?

Sorry to hear you had some issues with the installation of your broadband service. A red light on a Hub 4 would usually indicate that the services haven't been activated - if you are still having issues, please call our automated activation line on 0800 953 9500
