Wifi Hub Not Delivered

I purchased a Wi-Fi deal  last week and selected the install date of Monday 6th February 2023. that date has came and gone and I have not had any delivery or note from a delivery driver saying they had missed me.

 

I also don't seem to have had any email updating me of any delays or issues that have happened.
