WiFi access denied

Hi

We are having problems connecting to WiFi in our Homehub 3. It shows connection as excellent but says network access denied. This is on all devices. I have switched off the hub, re input the password etc. but no joy.

Has anyone else had this?

Helpful Answer

Re: WiFi access denied

Reset the Hub to factory settings by pressing in the reset button for 30 seconds. Then reconnect your devices from the default password on the label.
