Wi-fi speed

Hi just had my services installed, hub 5 on Volt M500. Downstairs the wi-fi speed is okay but upstairs in my bedroom I get an extremely low speed. Will the wi-fi actually improve or is this it?

Perhaps your previous router was located in a better place to cover your bedroom.

Have you considered a WiFi repeater  ?

Welcome back to the community and thanks for taking the time to post.
I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your WiFi speed at the moment, I have looked into your connection on our system and cannot see anything wrong on our side with the WiFi signal strength. What kind of speeds are you getting upstairs compared to downstairs? Is this happening all of the time or at certain times of day?
