 need help, should I call an engineer over I dunno if those ports are even live. I got this kit a couple days ago.

Looks like you are in the right socket. Is the Hub base light flashing at all? If it is it may not have been activated properly.

Call the equipment activation number on - 0800 953 9500 (option 3 )and see if it has – you will need the serial numbers/MAC addresses off the barcode stickers and also your account number

if not flashing, can you plug a laptop/computer into the Hub on an ethernet cable to see if that connects ok.

Last option is to.... Call the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 or 0345 454 1111 and book a Tech install
