Welcome to our Community Forums! Thank you for your post and I'm very sorry to hear that you've been experiencing some disconnecting issues with your connection! I understand that this is not ideal at all.
I was just running some checks on my side, and I can see that your Hub is not showing as being recognised on our system. Would you be able to reset your Hub please? Once your Hub is back on, can you tell us what your current Hub set up is and what colour lights are showing on your Hub? We'll be happy to help and investigate further.
