Hi,
I have moved to a first floor flat recently, and I'm looking at virgin broadband services.
The online checker tells me that my flat is not connected, but when I check every other property on the road, they are all available. And I know the ground floor flat has virgin media, with 600Mbps!
Is there a reason my building isn't capable of Virgin media and the rest are? who do I speak to to get this set up and connected without filling in the interest form and waiting an undetermined amount of time?

There could be a number of reasons why one property could receive service and not another. It’s very difficult to say without understanding it a little more so I would like to take a look at this for you and see what I can do to help.
