I ordered my virgin media broadband last year on black friday sometime before Christmas i had someone come out to install it but i didnt have a cable running into my property from the outside so i couldnt have it installed then, i then had someone come out to put the cable in from outside but they learnt there was a blockage and couldnt get the cable through this was on Christmas eve 2020 the blockage is now clear and i havent heard anything about the installation of my vigin media broadband, im having trouble getting through to talk to someone, i have been waiting for a month or two for it to be installed as this is my first property, i would like it installed sooner rather than later, has anyone else experienced this? Is there any advice to help me?
