When will Virgin switch on??

Virgin installed cables towards the end of last year/beginning of this year, the website said it was coming soon, then there was an update saying it was delayed, now it finally says coming soon again! However - my current contract runs out in January and I don’t want to be stuck with them again for another 12-24 months - how soon is Virgin likely to be up and running now it says ‘soon’?? 😊

Thanks for posting this on our Community Forums, we're so glad you're excited to get our services but we appreciate you're coming to a predicament with your end of contract soon!

Unfortunately we're not able to state a specific time period or date due to the nature of circumstances when we're creating infrastructure in a new area.  

We would recommend keeping an eye on any emails or leaflets you receive from us, once you get notification that it's all set up, you can go ahead and ring our Sales Team on 0800 183 1234 and they'll be happy to get you set up.
