What happened at 2am?

Was looking at my broadband stability, and normally its very solid, goes more days without a reboot.

Then at around 2am got huge packet loss

The router shows the following:

Very short interruption, therefore possibly:

1) Mains spike or dropout at the local street node or intermediate amplifier.

2) Reset/Reboot of the CMTS at the local headend.
