What do they send when moving house?

I've transfered Virgin from a rented flat to my own property so taken the router with me but Virgin then sent a yodel notification that a package was in the post.

It arrived yesterday (day late of course) and it was just a empty package.

Ps I have an engineer coming out tomorrow too as the router just flashes red at the new place.

Hope the move into your new place has gone according to plan.

Can you possibly provide us with an update on the status of the service, after the engineer visit you refer to?

In relation to the packaging, it sounds like it could be a hub replacement, and if the hub has been showing a solid red light, and is too hot to touch, we would require this to be replaced as it's a sign of the hub overheating.
