Hi, we signed up for a bundle deal and got the order confirmation but no welcome email, we booked for an engineer install and got another email to say the engineer can’t come until a month later than asked, we are unable to do that date so I rang up and asked to swap to a self-install and they let me know that the devices should arrive this week for the self-install but I haven’t had any confirmation of this via email on request, I would like to be able to set up an account so I can track the order and check I won’t be charged for the engineer install, but I need my welcome email to log into the portal, please could you look into why I haven’t received this yet?
